These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Josh.ai conversational SMS and WhatsApp messaging program operated by Shark Travel LLC.

By texting or WhatsApping 1-866-JOSH-727 / +1 866-567-4727, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of service

Josh.ai is a conversational AI assistant available by SMS and WhatsApp. It provides sailing tips and publicly available information about Josh Seefried.

Important disclosures:

Josh.ai is an AI assistant, not Josh Seefried personally.
Content is advice and information only. No bookings, reservations, or transactions are completed via SMS or WhatsApp.
Shark Travel LLC operates this messaging program on behalf of Josh Seefried’s public brand presence.

How to opt in (VIA_TEXT)

You opt in by texting or WhatsApping 1-866-JOSH-727 after being given the number (for example via website, social media, or personally by Josh). Starting a conversation constitutes consent to receive replies from Josh.ai related to your messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency is conversational / as needed: we send replies when you message us. We do not run a recurring promotional blast campaign on this number.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile or WhatsApp plan with your carrier or provider for details.

HELP and STOP

HELP: Reply HELP for help. You will receive support information, including how to contact us at tyrion@joshseefried.com.

STOP: Reply STOP to opt out and cancel further Josh.ai messages. You may receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you can opt back in later by texting or WhatsApping the number again.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Messaging delivery may use processors such as Twilio.

You agree not to use Josh.ai messaging to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or spam content; to attempt to disrupt the service; or to misuse the number for purposes unrelated to legitimate conversational inquiries. We may stop responding or block numbers that abuse the service.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

Josh.ai responses are provided “as is” for general informational purposes. Sailing and related activities involve risk; do not rely on messages as a substitute for professional advice, local regulations, or seamanship judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shark Travel LLC and Josh Seefried are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the messaging service, or for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
